In a world where everyone is an expert I like to use my experience with Cayman Pool as an anecdote to why experts are necessary in life, and these guys are the best. For half of the summer we tried to get the hard water stains out of the pool liner, spent hundreds of dollars on chemicals and dozens of hours googling with no results. One trip to Cayman had us in the right direction, they even had us do a free test on the pool before we spent the money on the right chemicals - because they didn’t want us to buy what we didn’t need! Once it was confirmed with the test they sold us the stuff and it was like a miracle in a bottle. Pool was PERFECT and beautiful. Trust the experts in life people!

I am experiencing the opening of a salt water pool for the first time. I have had three chlorine/bacquacil type pools before, but I wanted to be sure I did this correctly. The guys at this shop treated me as if they had known me forever. They explained in detail that was clear to me what I needed to do and provided the procedures in writing as well. This took away all of my concerns about this. There are pool stores much closer to my home, but I will travel the extra miles because these fellows will go that extra mile for you!

Great service. Came here at the recommendation of my real estate agent and was not disappointed. Asked a million questions my first time in to get some extra input on general pool ownership as I was inheriting a bit of a mess. Was steered away from gimmicks I'm sure they could've made a quick buck off of if they wanted. Instead I got a ton of valuable feedback, my water throughly tested and supplies I needed to close up for the year.
